We work with clients on a range of projects and programs, using our expertise to facilitate high impact learning sessions and deliver consulting assignments. Our typical clients are either business owners looking to build capability or capacity in their teams, or HR/OD specialists looking to drive growth and enable behaviour change in others.

Change Right

One of our clients is Change Right, who are a rapidly growing consulting and change business working with a number of high profile public sector organisations. We are working closely with the Managing Director to apply strengths based team working to sustainably scale the business, which encourages collaboration that is at the heart of the unique Change Right approach.

Our public and third sector clients include the NHS, local authorities and national charities in the UK, as well as federal government organisations in Australia. We recently worked with Shelter, the leading housing and homelessness charity to bring to life their new behavioural framework, part of a major organisational transformation. We worked with them to create a toolkit full of practical tools and exercises which will make it easy for staff and volunteers to use the new behaviours, and support their work to build an inclusive and Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) workplace.
