Our ambition is to make leadership development accessible to all. We first identified the critical need for practical leadership tools and support in the aged care sector. As we researched and refined our model, we recognised the common challenge across Healthcare, Not for Profit and Local Government. As a startup, we saw the same urgent need to build leadership capability in other SME's across different sectors.
We have invested in our own digital capability as well as our methodology during the pandemic. Learning to be a better leader is never finished, but there has never been a better time to get started.
