3. Our Products

The Quick Prioritisation Tool (QPT) is a proprietary product of My Leadership Strengths. The QPT Product comprises a leadership self assessment report and a 180 degree feedback report. The reports are based on participant and rater answers to the survey questions. Reports are automatically generated and participants will receive an instant PDF report. 4. Permitted Use

Use of My Leadership Strengths products is restricted to the participant. No copying, reproduction or distribution of any materials is permitted. This includes but is not restricted to survey items, capability definitions, individual and group reports, development tools and website content.

In using the Products, you agree that you will not:

use the Product in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful;
use the Product in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity;
upload any virus to the Product;
use any information through using the Product to create any software or product where the use is substantially similar to that of the Product;
use any information relating to the Product in any manner which would be restricted by any copyright subsisting in it;
use any information relating to the Product in any manner which would be restricted by any copyright subsisting in it;
use the Product to provide any similar or other services (to that offered by us) to third parties;
allow third party businesses to access the Product;
do anything that may negatively impact upon the Product or attempt to duplicate, copy, adapt, distribute, market, lease, create, derivative works from or re-sell the Product; or
attempt to reverse, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise endeavour to reduce to human-perceivable form any of the Product (including any of the software (in or accessible through it) or to discover or disclose the source code, methods and concepts embodied in the Product (including any of the software in or accessible through it) except as may be allowed by any applicable law which is incapable of exclusion by these terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that we own all intellectual property rights in the Products available on our website. Except as expressly stated herein, this contract does not grant you any rights to, under or in, any intellectual property rights or any other rights or licences in respect of the Products. All My Leadership Strengths rights in the content and design of the website are reserved.

6. Price, Payment & Refund Policy

We accept your order when full payment for the chosen Product has been made. Payments can be made by card and must be made prior to receiving the Product. You will receive a confirmation email or on screen acknowledgement confirming your order.

Refunds or cancellations will only be considered if:

you have requested it within 5 working days of when the purchase was made;
you have not completed (or attempted to complete) any tests/downloads;

You can request a refund by contacting hello@myleadershipstrengths.com within 5 days of the purchase date.

7. Making a Complaint

8. Limited Liability

We have no liability for the inability of anyone to access our site or any information, material or service on it, and we do not warrant that our site will operate without interruption.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any fraud on our part, or for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of business, profit, revenue, goodwill or data, lost or wasted management time or the lost time of other employees arising from your use of our site or information on it (whether direct or indirect).
